neat and clean rooms; friendly staff; lot of restaurants close-by; easy transportation to any part of the city from this hotel location; overall good value for money. The location was great for us, but for who coming for shopping or touring, it may far from the center of town. I liked this hotel, which second time i been here. Excellent service, good hospitality& very good breakfast.

The taste of food from the restaurant (if you order separately). food ok. nothing much to dislike... I don't like the smell on the lobby of enterance for the hotel. There is nothing that I didnt like. The hotel is far away it is suitable for omeone in a business trip.ns. nothing. Nothing. distance from city and air port. I missed the flight by 5 mts. Very poorly located in a congested place with poor surroundings,as usual autorickshaws charge illegaly,with aggression. Wifi was not available during entire stay.. disappointing.. and hotel need to install an high speed net connection !!. Staff though friendly are hardly professional. I asked for a cab at 0720. well in advance and was assured. But did not arrive on time. I had to keep prodding them to track and get the cab which finally cane 15 minutes late! There are two Gold finch managed hotels and despite specifically calling teh front desk and asking for Coral tree got directed to the wrong one There is no room service menu in the room. Small Room, No night lamp, no outside view. Room Size is too cramped Reception staff find it difficult to smile & be courteous.Buffet at KABAB station not worth the price. Hot Water supply problem. Too small a room for the price. I stayed in room no 307 , as per letsbookhotel.com the size of the room told was 20 square meter...however in actual it was only 11 square meters. This is really cheating. - Gosh.. they are not professional at all.. I went to take the breakfast at 9.50am almost every food plate was empty, I asked to fill the plate and reply was that, since it is getting close, you have to eat what is what is available now, else you will not get even that one because we close at 10AM.. OMG.. I was shocked with this reply.. This made my whole day bad.. I never recommend this hotel to any business travel. Pay some more money and get the good hotel.. Bed was wet, the wake up call totally wrong. It was noisy.
