The theme of Refúgio is rustic and tasteful. I love this area of Rio and was pleased to learn that a budget-friendly, clean, comfortable and modern hostel has opened here! The staff are simply fantastic and made every possible effort for all the guests during my stay. I'll definitely return!. the staff has been really kind with us and they speack very good english. the location is great if you want to see all the city as us,and safe in nightime!.
