  Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

  The location can't be beat. You can walk most places and there is a u bahn station very close to the hotel. Tina made us feel we were in her home. We has use of a small refrigerator and she lent us bowls and spoons. There was a table and four chairs and a couch as well as beds in the room. It was very large.   Läget var fantastiskt, hotellet låg ca 3 min från Stephansplatsen och eftersom vi kom med tåg från Westbanhof och även skulle resa från Westbanhof var det enkelt att ta sig.   Everything, it's a great old style family house which will make you feel inside of the imperial Vienna. We stayed in a triple room which was incredibly bid, the biggest I have ever stayed in Europe. It's really nice decorated with wall papers and old style furnitures.   One of the main things I value in the hotels I stay in is cleanliness. It IS clean. The location is great-5 min from Wien Mitte, where you can find S-bahn and as alternative CAT, which will take you to the airport, and U-bahn (metro) as well.   Charming accomodation, located in a wing of Benedictine convent. Rooms are very simple and a bit old fashioned, (no tv set, two indipendent beds ) while bathroom are fully renovated.   We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. Barbara was so friendly and helpful; we passed her on a walk shortly after we checked in, and although we did not recognize her (she was dressed up for a night out), she recognized us and said hello. The location is a 4 minute walk from all forms of public transportation, and a 2 minute walk from groceries, shops, and restaurants. We couldn't have been more satisfied.

  The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host.
