  All the staff were courteous, very helpful and friendly..and for the reception staff nothing was too much trouble..The room was very clean, quiet, and quite spacious, and overlooked a football pitch..The location was set in a small and pretty rural village near to the mountains, yet only a bus ride from the City.

  The staff include the cleaning room women and the peaceful atmosfera and all the architectural and all kind of modern fasility, the personal attitude especially the staff at breakfast , everything in hotel was super!!! - Excellent service again, great quiet room, everything a business hotel should be. Even have gluten free bread at brekfast!

  I stayed there more than 10 times within last 18 months. -The main thing about the Arsenal hotel is the staff who are just excellent. Everyone speaks English or German. -Rooms are very large and very comfortable. -Beautiful hotel interior. -Spotless bathrooms! -Excellent breakfasts. -The food in the restaurant is very good, I think I tried everyth... что говорят » ing on the menu eventually and it was all delicious! Compliments to the chef, really really good food, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely - my 3rd time here and always friendly...especially agata on reception who is always willing to help,is very friendly and a credit to this hotel :)
