Номера просторные, чудесный вид из окон,большие балконы.Нас так вкусно кормили, владельцы этой виллы не прогадали с женщиной которая нас обслуживала,она всё делала с таким удовольствием и приветливым отношением,что мы просто отдыхали и душой и телом.Все на вилле из дерева,так колоритно выглядит,шикарные кровати,хорошая звуко... что говорят » изоляция :) Рекомендую ВСЕМ!!!   I stayed there more than 10 times within last 18 months. -The main thing about the Arsenal hotel is the staff who are just excellent. Everyone speaks English or German. -Rooms are very large and very comfortable. -Beautiful hotel interior. -Spotless bathrooms! -Excellent breakfasts. -The food in the restaurant is very good, I think I tried everyth... что говорят » ing on the menu eventually and it was all delicious! Compliments to the chef, really really good food, and the atmosphere in the restaurant is lovely - my 3rd time here and always friendly...especially agata on reception who is always willing to help,is very friendly and a credit to this hotel :)

  The general quietness of the place. There was the odd coal train that pasted by to/from the coal mines. The menu and food was very good. - Very nice personal. Good apartment. I recommend this place

  Location was excellent, within minutes of walking for Jasna Gora. It was on the backside where you didn't have to see all the tour buses or deal with all the people. It was a weekend so we had free parking right in front of the hotel. Restaurants within walking distance around the corner were good.   Great staff; exceptionally clean and the restaurant food is Haute Cuisine with a polish twist. As a seasoned traveler I wouldn't give the hotel only 3 stars...it deserves more. - Very friendly well educated staf, excellent restaurant. Interior well taken care off. Rooms are not very big, but are nice. Good value for money
