The stuff is very polite helping you in everything you ask them. The hotel is cosy and clean. Breakfast is excellent. The downtown of Warsaw is 20 minuts drive. Highly recommend tho stay in Relax hotel. -

The personal is very friendly and there is 24/7 reception. The breakfast is rich, even with fresh scrambled eggs or sausage. The hotel is situated in nice park and although there is rush street nearby, it is hidden behind trees and the place is rather quiet. Really nice hotel, massive bedrooms (we had a double and it had a large separate bathroom and sitting area - felt more like an apartment), and very friendly staff.
