  The personal is very friendly and there is 24/7 reception. The breakfast is rich, even with fresh scrambled eggs or sausage. The hotel is situated in nice park and although there is rush street nearby, it is hidden behind trees and the place is rather quiet. The restaurant / pub next door was excellent in terms of atmosphere, food quality & value for money. It was near center city yet in a country setting. Close to bus line for trips into the city & taxi fare to central train less than $10.& to airport about $25.

  The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfasts were delicious and having a laptop available included in the hotel room price was very convenient. Bathrooms were a nice size with a heated floor. Location of the BandB was great and easy access to transportation and shopping.   Excellent value for money. Everything new. Internet wi-fi worked very good also into the room, that was not written in booking. - An old factory lofts. Aromaless bedclothes (first of 5 hotels in our trip).
