  Excellent hotel. 5/5. It is located just on the edge of the oldtown which is where you want to be. When you arrive at the airport get the train into Krakow (£2.50). When you arrive at central station walk through a gaint shopping center and the hotel is really near. We stayed in room 6/2 which was really lovely.   Woman at the reception was extremely helpful. Literally above mcdonalds which stays open till 2am and beyond on different days.   I stayed at this establishment twice during my recent vacation to Poland. As I reported in my first note, I found it very welcoming, friendly, excellent value for money, and quite comfortable. I, as an older gent, particularly appreciated the high security, and the fact there is a lift to the 5th floor, where the Hostel is located. - I arrived after a 27 hr coach trip from London. THe receptionist who handled my booking was Joanna, the boss herself. I was immediately made to feel at ease and completely welcome, and nothing was too much trouble for her to do. THe other girls on duty during the two days of my first visit (I an currently here again for another four nights) kept up the standards set by Pani Joanna. I thouroughly recommend this establishment.   Its a very cozy place, a flat in an old building which has completely been refurbished as a modern apartment and turned into a hostel. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. The place is very clean and feels more as a "home" than as a hostel. Its a 4 bedrooms apartment after all. We got an apartment, and for two people it was perfect. It looks very new and its decorated in boutique style. Wi-Fi was also working OK and stuff had no problem to speak English.

  Отель полностью отвечал нашим требованиям, а именно это была цена (она очень низкая), чистота, парковка и наличие интернета. Жили мы в отеле несколько раз. Проблем с парковочным местом у нас не было. Номер был чистым. Все необходимое в нем было. Кухня находилась за дверью. Туалет и душ чистый. Хозяйка разговаривает по русски. Неоднократно подсказ... что говорят » ывала нам что, как и где можно купить, как доехать и т.д Для нас отель был всего-лишь местом для ночлега, поэтому какие-то дополнительные удобства на - прекрасный отель, номер был со всеми удобствами, то что нужно для полноценного отдыха, когда останавливаешься на несколько дней и минимум времени проводишь в номере. Наличие террасы также порадовало. Отель расположен в тихом месте, до центра с достопримечательностями несколько остановок транспортом или 10-15 минут на машине. В отеле есть все необходимое для быстрого приготовления пищи, приветливый персонал. Также есть парковка и лужайка, где можно приготовить барбекю или просто посидеть.

  Great customer service. We booked 2 rooms (one for two person and the other for three). They arranged for us to have a two bedroom apartment (One double bed room and the other room for 8 people) so that we could have the bathroom, kitchen facilities all to ourselves :) Location was close to everything and very central. (the other one is not as pretty, so when we couldn't stay in that room another night the stuff gave us 7-bedroom dorm as private room for 3 of us). The stuff was friendly and helped us finding parking nearby.

  Excellent location: the hostel is a few minutes on foot from Old town and 15 minutes on foot from bus/train station. The staff was friendly and kind. We arrived early and we were accepted. The breakfast was at 07:00. But the breakfast was prepared at 06:00, as we had to leave early. Our room was in the other building across the street.
