Friendly staff, comfortable, good price, fantastic location - they even let my son charge his iPhone up for the journey after we had checked out.   The Wielopole was a lovely hotel, the staff were delightful and the facilities were very good. If I went to Krakow again I would definitely stay there. - Location close to city center and Jewish quarters, rooms decent size and very clean, breakfast was great and staff extremely helpful.
