Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. The staff were some of the friendliest and helpful hotel staff I've
met. They were more than happy to help book tours and taxis for us.
Everyone spoke very good English (which was very helpful as my Polish is
pitiful)! We also received a voucher from their management to enjoy a
meal in their restaurant.
The rooms and hotel itself was excellent. The room was very large and we had plenty of space to move around in. It was cleaned daily and was always lovely to come back to at the end of the day.

This hotel has been open about 8 months after being built over a 2 year period by the owners who wanted to do it right - and they have done it right ! Initially we had booked the hotel for one day but then as our planned has changed I called the hotel to change it and include the day prior our initial booking. The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river. The staff were very accommodating and had no problem with us changing. The breakfast is excellent for a variety of tastes. Spa and swimming pool perfect after a long day. -

do for you. Tours such as that to auschwitz and the saltmines ran
directly from the hotel via bus at a great rate. Great bar, great food,
very comfortable clean rooms with toiletries and towels replaced every
