The staff were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was bright and well appointed and it was a real bonus to have access to a washing machine to catch up with laundry. Our room had a magnificent view of the Market Square. The location was very convenient for places of interest and lots of restaurants and cafes.

The staff, especially Justyna, the manager, were extremely helpful. Not only did Justyna help us tremendously when we realised the night before we were due to arrive that we had overbooked by 1 night, she also helped in coordinating our tours to the concentration camp and the salt mines.

The unit we are staying called Amigos. It is perfect for family with young children. My kids enjoy the toys and game console which came with the apartment. It is also easy to buy groceries for cooking as shop is nearby. The area is so lively at night. There are six of us, and complete bed for everybody (no sofa bed etc). The location is perfect for tourist. It is so beautiful and lively.

The hotel is steps away from the center. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The free breakfast that was included in the cost was soo good...not just your ordinary continental breakfast, you had your choice of hot items as well. It was a quiet, cosy and..warm appartment near the center of the city. There was a tram stop 3 mnutes walk away (at Swedzka & Monte Cassino corner) which takes you to the old Town(tram no 52) in less than 10 minutes. Несмотря на позднее время приезда, о чем мы сообщили СМС, хозяин встретил нас около дома, показал где можно припарковать машину. На следующий день проводил до обменника и показал магазины. У хозяина в том же доме магазин, так что можно обращаться по каким-либо вопросам втечение дня. Красивый интерьер. Трамваи слышны были, но нам не мешали. Хорошее расположение. До Вавельского замка дошли пешком, обратно вернулись на экскурсионном автомобильчике.
