We loved the old-fashioned, refined ambience of the place. Our room was small but elegant with a nice modern bathroom, a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 3 bottles of water each day. Breakfast was very good, as well as the cold buffet you could have cooked food. Dinner in the restaurant was also very good and excellent value.

Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well
stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We
will definitely stay there again. -

The apartment is well fitted out with all the facilities one needs (including washing machine, which was useful). The Block of apartments was quiet and secure and situated only a short walk from the centre (15 mins on foot). It is also close to the train station. The street outside is relatively busy but this did not disturb us. -

Absolutely one of the best places to stay if you want to walk around old city or do some shopping! It's situated just adjacent to the Galeria Krakowska mall, main railway station, 7 minutes walk from Main square. Appartment is spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed staying very much. -

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were the most helpful we have encountered. They couldn't do enough for us. The room was perfect and clean. We were on a tight schedule and they organized a private driver for the day. He was there in 15 minutes (with no notice) and was equally as good. Nice clean and modern hotel with friendly staff that has excellent level of English. The hotel is surrounded with shopping centers, which is quite useful. You can reach the center of the city by bus within 15 minutes. The breakfast is very, very tasty and has large amount of different dishes. There is a hairdressing salon right in the hotel.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, when we arrive we asked to change rooms as we preferred to be at the front of the hotel overlooking the river.
