The room was in excellent condition. Perfectly cleaned smelling fresh and and luxuriously designed The view from the 37th floor was to die for especially at night. I could see the Empire State Building, Crysler Building and all the others that lit up the night sky. The other thing that I liked was that shops and banks were walking ddistance awa

Loved the location, the staff were excellent, we were upgraded upon
arrival for no additional cost. The staff made every effort to make sure
we were taken care of---oh, except for the day doorman. We needed a cab---
very easy to get by ourselves---but the doorman insisted on flagging one
for us. But, then he got involved with a couple checking in. We had to
leave and we kept telling him...so, we flagged our own cab. No big deal.

O quarto em que fiquei era de bom tamanho, camas muito boas. - Excellent location for anyone who has business at the United Nations or around mid-town. The hotel's historic atmosphere is very appealling. - I liked it all! It was really great. The hotel looks beautiful and the staff is really polite. The rooms look amazing.

O quarto com vista e com a kitchinette no quarto - Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. A localização é boa (fica na esquina da rua 49 com a primeira avenida). Fiquei em um quarto para 4 pessoas com meu marido e meus filhos e o fato de ter uma pequena cozinha toda equipada ajuda bastante. Tem mercadinho bem em frente e vários restaurantes próximos
... o que as pessoas dizem » . O táxi do La Guardia até lá custou 29 dólares (certo que era durante a madrugada).

We went to nyc on a girls trip staying in a two double bed with a city
view room on the 18th floor. Comfortable beds, very clean, adequate
breakfast in am, 24 hr coffee, and excellent service with front desk.
They were always eager to address our needs. This hotel is only two
blocks away from Grand Central Station, which was perfect for seeing the
city. The only thing that I wasn't crazy about was th sliding door
that separates the bedroom and bathroom. This was easily overlooked
