Everything about this place is great. Beds are comfortable, rooms are beautiful and the bathrooms are extremely well kept and clean. The rooms are exactly like the pictures on this website. The kitchen area is great with two mini-fridges (one for each room), a stove-top, kettle, tea, coffee, croissants, milk, soda, water, etc. all included in the room's price. The location is FANTASTIC. You're right in the middle of the historic part of the city and literally a 5 minute walk, if that, to the ma.
todos opiniões » We were a group of four on a girlie trip, therefore we had the whole apertment to ourselves which was ideal. They had thought of pretty much everything including lots of extras we weren't expecting such as coffee, tea, juices, colas and cereals etc. We organised our transfers through Mariola which was very smooth and good value, she also went over everything with us and ensured we had her number should we need her. All in all it was a very easy place to book, stay in and enjoy! Absolutely fanta. We were greeted at the room at 11am when check in wasn't suppose to be until 2pm. The lady did everything to accommodate. The location of the apartment was excellent only round the corner from the main square. There were plenty of water, cereal, milk ect to keep us going through our stay. Room was clean and spacious and shower was huge. It was snowing outside and very cold but our apartment was very warm and appealing. The location was excellent, less than 5 minutes to the heart of the city. The room was very clean and warm. Mariola was very friendly and helped us organise our trip even before we had arrived. Able to organise transfers are reasonable cost. Room design was stunning and even had some breakfast bits and plenty of water for the duration of our stay. Centrally located, just a minute away from the Old Town center. Small but comfortable room with shared and well-equipped kitchenette, with free of charge refreshments restocked daily (snacks, water, juice). Excellent bathroom. Nice touch of wood everywhere (floor, light switches, power outlets), very unusual and cool. Helpful and very nice owner. A very comfortable, stylish apartment that is extremely close to the Main Square and key attractions. We were fortunate to have sole use of the kitchen facilities that serve the two en-suite bedrooms for most of our stay. Mariola was attentive and made sure that supplies were refreshed and facilities serviced regularly throughout our stay. Everything. Mariola was very helpful. Apartment was clean & quite spacious. Towels were changed every day & bed sheets were also changed during my 7 day stay. We were provided with water, cereals , yogurts, drinks & croissants every day. Mariola who gave us the keys was lovely, she left breakfast items and drinks in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again. Very good value for money. A hidden gem in Krakow. The atmosphere provided by the owners is truly home away from home. It is comfortable, convenient, modern as well as classic. The owners care about their guests. Wi-Fi is great. Amenities provided. Would stay here again and again and again. Everything! Location is just 2 min from main square. Very clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Room does not come with breakfast but they used to give us nutella, crossaints, water, milk and cereal for free everyday! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Although there is some misunderstanding of the arrival time, but the hostess was very nice and dealed with the problem in a short time. Located between old town and central railway station, convenient. Sweet room with nice decoration. Clean bathroom. Close proximity to the Market Square, various museums and Wawel Hill. Comfortable room and roomy shower. supply of coffee etc. Close to train station (10 min walk)which is the easiest way to arrive from airport. All was perfect :-) the room very beautiful, the bathroom very luxury :-) the location was excellent :-) and the price, 103 euro for 4 days :-) I recommend Pokoje Leonardo if you want to visit Krakow :-). Mariola was very helpful and welcoming. We both had a fantastic trip to Krakow which was made special by stopping at Pokoje Leonardo, its very central, lovely room, great facilities, clean, spot on!. Excellent location within walking distance of the old centre of Kraków. Very friendly landlady. Nicely decorated rooms; modern with some tasteful 'old touches'. Fast, free WiFi. Highly recommended!. Mariola was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Excellent accommodation, far superior to many of the hotels and in a fantastic location. Can't recommend enough!. super kind staff. You must use taxi service for airport. it is very reasonable price. (55zt=14.5euro) i used another hotel taxi(80zt=20 euro). Lovely apartment. Centrally located. Mariola couldn't have been nicer. Highly recommended!. There was nothing to dislike..... Loved it. Ideal location. One tiny observation, given that it was very warm when we were there it would have been nice to have the option of air conditioning...not a complaint merely an observation!. No spare pillows. Only minor issues which didn't affect our stay... There was only one pillow each and the beds were two single beds pushed together and so you did slip down the middle occasionally. Can be a bit noisy during the evening / night due to popular club just accross the main entrance to the building. But this is probably an issue only during summer months, when there are many tourists. Also not air-conditioned. Be aware that if you arrive by car, you will face difficulties in finding convenient, affordable parking close to the apartment. Staff were not familiar with current prices for parking, and if you require 24 hour guarded parking you will find that you will have to pay almost as much for this as for the accommodation itself. Only a suggestion. A full length mirror in the bedroom for us ladies & perhaps a fan for the hot nights. Saying all this we were very satisfied. Only a small thing but I think the room needs a chest of drawers as there was only a hanging wardrobe. No obvious signage. Little hard to find. The owners do send out an email prior to arrival but because of technical issues on my end I did not get the email. Nothing!. The hot water in bath room is limited. We had to wait for 1 hour to let the water be heated. No shelves/drawers for clothes - only hanging wardrobe - which was a slight problem when staying for a week. The wall between the rooms is very thin and you hear almost everything :D They could have a safe box if you want to leave some or some important documents. That we couldn't have stopped for longer!. nothing. Hot water took a while to rehead, so be careful to not take long showers if there are others waiting! :). Lack of table in a room, lighting- table lamp would sort the problem. I should've stayed longer... Dividing wall between the two guest rooms is a bit thin.
