The location is excellent, it is within walking distance to Kuta beach, Discovery shopping mall, many restaurants, and other point of interest. The hotel is clean, and the swimming pool is great. The pool is incredible. Easily the best in any hotel we've visited. It's laid out really well and the rooms are minimalist and well finished. The welcome cocktail is delicious. Very relaxing,the Pool is great,love it, the friendly and helpfull staff, its location, good value for money, and its simplicity in design.breakfast was good also.

Good staff, place clean, tidy, comfy. Good location but a bit expensive comparing to other places. Convenient store within 3 minutes. Quick to restaurants and bars. Easy to get a taxi. The environment was very good which is close to shopping centre and kuta beach. good location, best hotel, will stay again on my next trip..... The location verry strategic for seaside beach, and nightlife. nice pool, cozy room, value for money, quite easy access. Large Pool, spacious rooms with an additional bed. The price was fantastic Renovations look great. Away from noise....like it... Lication. I love he swimming pool at the center of the hotel. Near beach, shopping place and lots of restaurant nearby. Breakfast just ok. Room very neat. Price not bad. Late check out at 6 pm not too pricy. Overall i would stay there again. The good point is to have direct access and relax from the room while enjoying the pool on the ground floor. good location with large swimming pool. Room clean with easy excess to pool. Design,swimming pool,minimalist style. Every room enjoy the pool view. The entrance to the hotel is very narrow, you need to be very careful driving to the hotel entrance. Staff a little unhelpful when I asked for a taxi but we found one easily anyway. it does need some maintaince attention,eg toilet bowl loose, tiles in swimming pool floor coming adrift and could cause injury,pool needs a revamp.the sheets although cleaned were old and had stains. as such nothing.. but i wish the staff had been more trained at handling guests. AC could be quieter and colder. The room too small. They need to have a proper blanket. Less parking area, small alley to reach the hotel. Mosquitoes constantly in the rooms Gaps in doors. A curtain changing room would have been more airtight! They forgot to make up my room one day. When I called they said "sorry housekeeping has gone home". Then they sent housekeeping to my room at 6AM!!! They didn't think this one out properly. Toilet and shower smelled Cable TV not working. Local TV is rubbish. Mosquito. Aircon abit hot. The enterance too small. The toilet is separated from the bathroom which is a bit hassle. breakfast could be improved. Plenty of mosquitoes. Breakfast too basic, serving only bread n butter, fried rice, potato, sausages,porridge, grilled tomato, cornflakes n fruits. No omelettes,no soup,etc. Room facilities too basic.no iron,no kettle. When requested,everything not in good condition. Hotel location too secluded behind the shoplots. It seems perfect in pictures,but it's actually not.sorry. Had to check out one day early due to all the bugs and the lack of security and they would not refund the prepaid night.
