Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival. Please note that if a second appointment has to be set, the agency will charge an extra EUR 100 fee. Check-in between 21:00 and 23:30 is possible at a EUR 60 extra charge. No check-in is possible after 23:30 and 9:00. For check-in on Sundays the agency will charge a EUR 50 charge. A contract will be sent by the agency before your arrival. Please note that the damage deposit will be preauthorized on your credit card at least one week before arrival. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
