Room layout & cleanliness.
I am local who was helping out for a cancer benefit across the street and did not want to drive home at 4am, so location was ideal.
The have two facilities in Las Vegas. The second is much farther from center than first one. I've booked room with meaning of center facillity (which addres mentioned in letsbookhotel.com), but they had no rooms, and I had to go to second. The price they said was higer than price in letsbookhotel.com so I had to remind them about their letsbookhotel.com price.alle vurderinger »
Not including linens in the cost that I was quoted.
Front room TV did not work, so I went to front desk to let them know and gave permission for Maint. to enter. I returned early morning and TV nor AC unit worked in room. Difficult with young children.
There was bug in the room (I have pictures to show) The beds were very
uncomfortable. Room service never brought anything we requested. The
smell in the room was horrible. Disturbances from other guess were out
of hand , cops had to show.
