The tub in the hotel room was deep enough for soaking and relaxing. The
room was clean and up to date. Ti was centrally located on the strip.
Mystere was a great Cirque du Soleil show Alcoholic drinks in various
establishments were good; service people were helpful. The pirate show,
although kind of ridiculous with the Sirens, was still fun to watch.

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. Everything! The room was just huge and it really felt like being one ofthe emperors there. The hotel upgraded our room and we got a jacuzzi forfree which was great. Staff at front desk were always pleasant and helpful.
Hotel was very clean and well kept.
Workout room was great, well equipped and everything worked. Personal TVs on equipment was nice.
The free parking was also nice.

The Westin Heavenly Bed and the service at this hotel make it a great place to stay in Las Vegas. It is not on the strip but only one block away, five minute walk at most. I would stay here again. - The quality of the Hotel
