The place was clean and tidy on arrival with excellent facilities. The lady who met us to give us the keys was very friendly and helpful. There was lots of information on where to go and what to do. Location was brilliant - close to centre but set back from the road so quiet. Even had a balcony which didn't have a view but was very private. -

Great help from Marcin, we were late checking in due to business meetings but it was no problem for Marcin. The kitchen had been stocked with free basics like milk, cereals, bread and even 4 beers which was great when getting there late and most local shops were shut.
Location is just across the park from the main tourist area, less than 5 minutes

Fantastic, well-equiped and centrally located apartment, just on the edge of the Old Town and only a few minutes walk from the main train station. Very spacious and spotlessly clean apartment. Very good value for money.
Loverly decorated rooms, with antique furniture. Newly renovated house, very clean and modern bathrooms.
Superb breakfast with local cold meats on offer.
A small kitchenette with fridge, sink and 2 plate stove also available. Tea and coffee making facilities in kitchenette.
Would be back next time for sure while working at the airport, which is only 5 km away.

Cracowdays er et funn. Selv om en kan bli lurt av den grå fasaden. Vi reiste 4 par og hadde dermed en hel etasje for oss selv. Store, lekre og rene rom + et kjøkken som vi kunne benytte som vi ville. Everything about my stay at the Crystal Suites was perfect. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything that I needed, including a very reliable and fast internet connection. It was located close to the Market Square and lots of other sites, which made it easy to explore Krakow by foot or tram.

Everything. My son and I arrived late and so the night gaurd greeted us and walked us to our room. We had an adorable apartment that with an extra cot or two could easily accomodate a family with a couple of small children. It was very clean and quiet at night. They staff was very friendly and accommodating. They washed a couple loads of laundry for us as it was the second stop of a 3 city vacation for my son and I. This is a lovely big and spacious apartment which is furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. Extremely clean and ideal for a city break. Situate in a quiet area about a 10 minute stroll to the main square. There are some lovely cafe bars within a 5 minute walk and a mini supermarket and chemist a minute away. We had a lovely time with our two teenage children and would thoroughly recommend apple tree apartments. Thank you to the staff too who were extremely friendly and helpful.

Lovely, cosy apartment, perfect for a small family to stay in. A well
stocked grocery store, a drugstore and a bakery are just downstairs. The
city centre is reachable by tram, but if the weather is good a walk on
the riverside is highly recommended. Friendly and considerate owner. We
