  This hotel is located in a prime spot right next to the water bus stop. It is a beautiful hotel and our bedroom (suite) was wonderful. They have a wonderful garden on the waters edge, with comfy chairs to relax in and watch the sun go down. Food excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. They had thoroughly enjoyed their stay and they had been treated with great courtesy. They also enjoyed their evening meals at the Hotel restaurant (half board). They said the views from the winter garden were magnificent.

  The place is like a home in a hotel. Very nice staff, large room and clean. Staying on the Island of Lido was much more enjoyable than on Venice! Very Pleasant! - Villa was very relaxing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Compared with other Venice accomodation, price was extremely good value

  It was extremely convenient for touring Venice as it was directly across the street from the last waterbus stop. Also although it was the lowest priced hotel for a single traveller, it offered so much more than than expected. Two mins from the vaporetto stop from the main island of Venice, (and therefore, the vap from the station) and on the main road which leads straight to the public beach, 3 mins walk.
