What I liked? Everything! We stayed at the beach villa, everything was
perfect. I could not imagine anything better if you want a private
villa. We had everything inside we needed inside the villa, big tv,
movie media player with internal hdd and lots of mkv movies :), air
conditioning was not noisy, the outside bali shower is genius. The
butler brings you anything you need even if its not standard... I want
to mention that me and my wife are quite picky and we actually looked
for flaws. There

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

The personal butler was something I wasn't sure about initially but they took care of the details for dinner reservations, sightseeing tours and had good recommendations for everything in the area which was great.
