Everything, from the friendly staff, to the room on the 52nd floor. The breakfast at the Horizon Club was outstanding, with a huge choice of fresh fruit (even mango and berries, which is very seldom the case in any hotel), lots of good breads and much more.

Wonderfull hotel, the room was big and very comfortable. It has big bathroom, with incredible view and nice dressing room.
Service was very professional. Cleaning was fabulous, room was sparkled! Good location in the center of the city, near big shopping mall. There are a lot of restaurants.

Clean room, good water pressure and temperature. Good location. Good service. We did book for 2 nights, so we could checkout at evening, but The Wesley did only charge for one day. - Very convenient and the hotel staff was excellent. 1. Help Desk officer's help.
Terry, who manned the help desk when I arrived was very helpful in arranging my arrival. I was supposed to check-in at 2 PM, but he allowed me to check-in earlier. For me, it was a great courtesy in the middle of the cold HK society. My commendation goes to Terry.

The location was fairly convenient, once you get there. It's located up a steep hill, so when first arriving via Hong Kong Airport Express with your luggage, it's probably best to take a taxi from Hong Kong Station. It's located just off of LKF, a busy area for expats and partying. The rooms stay true to the hotel's name and are mini in size. It works if you're looking for a value hotel at a convenient location.
