  Staff were friendly and helpful even though we spoke no Portuguese. The hotel is organised very well, very clean and safe. We went for Carnaval, it was the perfect location for transportation links or walking to the many parties. The air conditioning is perfect. - Value for money in Rio, WiFi always worked in my room, Breakfast was good and delivered to my room. The lay-out of the rooms is spacious for Rio, and the AC was nice an - rooms are clean, with daily room cleaning during your stay, shower hot and good pressure, bed and pillows comfortable, staff speak fluent english and are all very polite and helpful. The location is great, about 700m from metro, bus stops even closer, taxi's driving past front door at any time of day or night, very accessible, walkin distance to arches of lapa, and night life area. breakfast in the morning is delicious and a large variety.
