We had a rather rocky start to our stay before we were finally put in a
wonderful suite. I must say the staff was great in helping us out as the
problems we encountered were not known before hand. One involved a room
too far from the elevator as my wife was on crutches and had difficulty

A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO "MARGO' > being disabled, my first room I believe 19075 was so far from the elevator it made it difficult for me to walk that far on a recurring basis. I returned to the booking desk and was fortunate to meet Margo. This young lady went I feel out of her way to find me another room closer to the elevator. The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed
in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small
problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no
fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you
offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly
expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am
recommending your website to all of my friends.

First off, we checked in earlier than normal check-in and we got
upgraded to a Corner King Suite which was huge, spacious! There was a

The hotel had beautiful design both inside and out. The rooms were
finished to a high standard. The hotel is ideally located for exploring
rest of the strip but a haven for escaping the noise also. The staff
were helpful and we were upgraded on our second night to a executive
room as we were on our honeymoon. We were also given champagne and
strawberries upon returning from our trip to the grand canyon booked

We stayed here on our wedding day and it was the best choice. We have
been upgraded to vip for free, and the vip suite was amazing. The bed
was very comfortable and the bathroom included a massage tub and a tv
mounted in the mirror. The spa is also very good and some parts are
complimentary. The staff was friendly and helpful. For the price we
payed it was well above expectations. Would stay there again.

In all my travel I am yet to see anything like the Wynn Las Vegas. I thought the Atlantis Dubai was awesome till I visited Wynn. The Wynn Encore combo is ah mazing!!! And looks everything like the pictures on letsbookhotel.com website. No photo shopping here.We will definitely visit again. This time spend a longer time to really enjoy what this hotel has to offer. Having a suite with a kitchenette made the stay much easier. Could have breakfast in the suite or even food ready to take for lunches and such. Bed was comfortable and suite was well laid out. Staff were helpful and accommodating. All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).
