  The owner of hotel is definitely deserves to be praised. Nice building with designer furniture/lighting and stylish ambiance. Very good choice of food for breakfast as well as variety of food for lunch and dinner in the resaurants nearby. Excellent location - next door to Pagankin's palaty and 10 minutes walk from Kremlin.   A little far away from Railway station or bus station - you had better getting in bus from them to hotel. Most facilly in room was out of date but it didn't matter for me as budget hotel. Room was not spacious but keep in clean. Thought most staff can't speak English but they tried to give me a hand.
