We enjoyed very much during our stay at Golden crest. The boat houses are very clean, tidy and well decorated. House boat staff is family members very caring and courteous. Home made food was delicious. We stayed for a week and visited near by places like Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam, Yousmarg and Srinagar local. House boat arranged complete package for us a very competitive price. It was great value for money.

Next morning we searched Houseboats on Shikara. But all the House Boats shown to us were old or expensive. We were not agree to accept such Boats or pay such high prices.

I have seen other houseboats on Dal Lake and some are nice bu - It may sounds cliché but Golden hopes is really a home away from home. The houseboat looks great! And the family was really nice. Initialy i planned to stay 1 night, then i found out that there were so many things to do, that i've stayed there one week.
