l'appartamento n.42 è fantastico al quarto piano. la posizione è al centro si è a due passi da rue de bouchere e dalla galleria saint hubert che vi porta dritti dritti alla grand place da sogno e romanticissima. anche senza recepition è andata benissimo basta seguire le istruzioni. Camera bellissima, posizione perfetta, servizio efficiente. L'unica
cosa negativa è l'assenza di personale in hotel, è necessario
chiamare gli uffici che sono poco distanti, con ovvi problemi per chi
non parla bene inglese o francese. Eccetto questo l'hotel è

Jean-Paul was incredibly welcoming and friendly -- he made a detailed introduction of Brussels when he knew it's our first time there. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the basic stuff you'd need and there's even a Nespresso machine! Tea and coffee were always well-stocked. There was a great selection of TV channels

The room was very spacious and clean with a well equipped and stocked kitchen. Koen was a most gracious host, full of information. He carried our bags up and down to and from our room which we, as a mature couple, greatly appreciated. Cleanliness of the facilities was immaculate. The location is very good.

I have stayed in a number of hotels in Brussels, on business, over the years. I have avoided apartment hotels around the world for some time because of generally poor experiences – although it's the kind of environment I enjoy. In a friendly, nice district, close to a huge park. Good public transport connection. Modern, minimal style furniture design. No 24h reception - still they are very flexible in check-in and check-out times if you inform the manager in advance. WiFi was free in spite of the website says the opposite (maybe depends on the length of stay.) -

La posizione è veramente molto comoda per la presenza della metro proprio di fianco all'ingresso. Lo staff è gentile, disponibile, cordiale e preparato, la struttura è nuova, internet è nelle stanze (via cavo) o con wi-fi gratuito.. We reserved a studio which turned out to be very nice the 2 guys at the
reception were very polite and very friendly. Its a 10-15 mins walk from
the center (brussels is small , u can walk throughout the whole city)
the location near brussels-midi station is great
the studio felt like home , which is awesome . at some point we preferred staying in the studio rather than going out ... :-)

This place was great! Edmund (one of the people who lives there) came by and gave us advice on where to go out, and what was fun to do. The neighborhood is really cool, and my sister and I felt totally safe walking around. The room was a nice, quiet place to rest after long days of walking and sight-seeing. i would recommend it to anyone! -

Position was where we needed to be; staff were extremely helpful; room was just what we needed; reduced rate brought it within the price bracket we sought. - The freedom of self catering and the extra space by having a four person apartment. Plenty of space in the car park.
