When we first arrived we were placed in a room in the seventh floor, which had windows that you could barely see out of. On top of that, we found hairs in the bed. The wave pool was amazing and very fun for my 12 and 14 year old boys
and myself. It was soo hot in Vegas (104+) that we stayed in the water
the entire 4 pool hours each day of our stay. The lazy river was fun as
well with a good speed to it for drifting or running/swimming. We
enjoyed the lux room view from the 23rd floor facing the pool. Everyone
was friendly and the Starbucks was handy. We enjoyed the Michael Jackson
One show and the buffets for each meal except one dinner and one
breakfast.

Loved first room great view. Room layout is really nice having the half bath is a bonus. Room on 23rd flr was spotless and housekeeping was working really hard to keep it that way. The beach area was huge. Casino is large and clean. Not smoky and over crowded like some others. Getting around is easy with tram.

I liked the fact that everyone did there own thing. No one checking up on what you doing! And when told the house keeper we were in there she left away! Also we left for a whole day came back at night and found our room to be super spotless! Her name was Silvia! Great job! :) the people at the casino very friendly and told us about LAX! Service/employees/and the guest were no problem to us! Great experience!

We stayed at the MGM Grand because of the PAC 12 Basketball tournament.
Everything was convenient to the Garden Arena.
We liked the buffet, the restaurants & the food court near the Arena.
We loved the room & the bed was the best we have slept on in a hotel.

The hotel staff are very nice, and professional and have very great postive attitudes here. I had a very pleasant exprience here I will never forget!! The place is very safe her with a security team that keeps the hotel safe and these security personal here have a big heart and great respect for all guest to stay here. If you need a dental kit, or a shaving kit, you can get plenty of them. (no extra charge!) Hard line internet is free, and it's fast enough. Yes, wifi is not free but hard line was enough for me.
