  On arrival we had complimentary wine and a name plate welcoming us to city Residence. this attention to detail was welcoming and nice. The choice of breakfast was extensive and arrived each morning at the designated time. Staff spoke excellent english. Easy to reach the downtown of Kassa, the Cultural Capital of Europe 2013, by tram from the front of the hotel. - Excellent rooms, great service. Really glad the restaurant stayed open until 10 as arrived late. Helpful staff.
