We stayed 2 nights. It was the cheapest out of the 3 hotels that we stayed in this trip but the most comfortable and located in the best area(favourite)for us, Sinsa/Garosugil. I liked the warm welcome an elder employee gave. Pity didn't get his name. He was really helpful and friendly. And most importantly the staff spoke and understands English quite well. The location of the hotel is quite good. Only a short distance walk to the bus stop that takes me straight to Incheon Airport.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The rooms were
spotless, with crisp, white bedding and the bathrooms were pristine. We
chose the "breakfast included" option and were glad for it.
The restaurant has a lovely, varied buffet and good brewed coffee
(...with real cream! Try finding that, even in a coffee shop in Korea!)

Everything about this hotel, rooms, staff, food was all right. Friendly, nice and helpful people. Good location, direct connection with the Incheon airport for ca. 15 $. -
Proximity to COEX, the exhibition center and shopping mall.
CALT City Airport Terminal is also at walking distance where you can check-in.

I liked that is was so easy to get to from the airport just hop on the 6015 bus which was easy to find, and it takes you right to the hotel. This is important if you don't know Seoul and have just gotten off a long haul flight. I would stay there again as it was in the centre of the town but we only had one night so not much time to get about sigh

Fabulous staff -- professional, friendly and extremely helpful, a really topnotch crew. Perfect location right at the airport bus express stop and close to the train station and Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants are nearby as is a big market. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were really happy here.

The receptionist were very courteous, helpful and kind though thay are not really fluent in english. They also help to contact and confirm our transportation to phoenix park pyongchang. They give their best by inform us where the best place to visit , how to go to the place. seem like they are information centre to us. I love the hot chocolate that provided by the hotel. Very helpful front desk staff who kindly write Korean address to give
taxi driver. Line 5 subway Seodaemun station 1 minute away with lift.
Convenient to use airport train and transfer to Line 5. The cost for

The rooms were comfortable and a great size with heated floors that were a welcome break from the February cold!

The location is reasonably close to a metro station but quiet
neighborhood. The breakfast was simple (egg and toast) but served its
purpose. Non-Korean tv channels were also available and the wifi in the
room worked well enough. -

The staff we're really friendly. They helped us with everything and spoke enough English to help us with our needs.
The washroom did clog up, but the cleaning lady came in about 15 minutes to fix it. The beds were comfort and big enough. We were traveling with 4 adults and we got the family room. Best this about the room was the washing machine,

Friendly English speaking staff. Reasonable pricing for a big and comfortable family room that could even accommodate more than 4 adults. Great location. 5-10 minutes walk to subway, 10-15 minutes walk to Dondaemun shopping area,,15-20 minutes walk to Namdaemun and Myeongdong shopping area.
