  Nous avons regretté que malgré notre réservation par letsbookhotel.com 3 mois à l'avance, et venant de France pour visiter rio, on se voit attribuer la plus petite chambre de l'étage (ce n'est pas très sympa surtout que l'hotel avait de nombreuses chambres libres) Nous aurions peut-etre du choisir un autre site de réservation que letsbookhotel.com... ce que les gens disent » . - Sa situation en centre ville très pratique. la petite piscine jacuzzi au 19eme etage avec une vue exceptionnelle sur le pain de sucre et le Corcovado.   All front desk staffs speak good English. Since this is a business hotel, rates on the weekend was cheaper than the weekdays. Use a yellow taxi if you go to tourist spots. They are honest and you pay by the meter. I used a car service that hotel offers when I visited steel plants that are far from the hotel. It is safe near the hotel. People outside the hotel don't speak English. - Great location if you want to hang around in Lapa. Very close to the metro station so you can easily go to Copacabana and Ipanema as well. The lay-out of the rooms is spacious for Rio, and the AC was nice an - rooms are clean, with daily room cleaning during your stay, shower hot and good pressure, bed and pillows comfortable, staff speak fluent english and are all very polite and helpful. The location is great, about 700m from metro, bus stops even closer, taxi's driving past front door at any time of day or night, very accessible, walkin distance to arches of lapa, and night life area. breakfast in the morning is delicious and a large variety.
