  We loved our luxury stay in what we considered to be a world class hotel. The staff in all areas were helpful and welcoming. The breakfasts were quite simply the best we have ever experienced and the pool area was fantastic. A room upgrade was really worth the bit extra because it provided access to the club lounge (complimentary drinks and buffet... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ) which is a great place to relax and take in the views. Check your map first and be careful of the traffic but we considered it an easy walk to cross - The room is spacious. The hotel is located in the westlake district, so further away from the crowdiness of the Hanoi city centre and it is much more peaceful and relaxing living in this district. Our hotel room is facing the westlake, so the view from the room is great.

  Where to even begin. We walked into this budget friendly hotel and were just blown away by the customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. We paid approx €11 per night for a double room on a deal on letsbookhotel.com, which had aircon, tea/coffee, comfy large bed, decent shower, hot water etc. There's a girl on reception who goes by the ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » name Emma, and a tour manager called Tony. These two people are just amazing with excellent English and customer service. After our stay, we headed to - We stayed here one night before going to Halong bay. Cheap room got it on a deal and luckily got an upgrade when we got there. Told reception we would come back after the tour but the room was taken as the occupants had some trouble. Mr Tony sorted us out with alternative accommodation at a more expensive sister hotel and paid for our taxi for the same deal price. The room was a good size, actually had a shower with a glass door so no wet floor. And flat screen tv. The staff were very helpful a

  I have traveled alot and stayed in many diferent hotels but this is the first time I feel like I am staying with my family. Since I arrived, the bellboys were so helpful to carry my bags and open the doors for me, then they gave me the welcome drink and fruits that made me so happy and confident to stay with them. They are always smiley and seemed to enjoy working with - Amazing! The room is so clean and comfortable, breakfast is so good and teasty. But I think I like the staffs the most as they dis a great job to pleased me during my stay. Since I checked in they were so helpful to carry my luggages and show me all needed information for my stay. Mss.Anne was so professional and always happy to provide me the good hints for my holiday. I will come back here for sure to stay and hang out with them.

  We are a family of 5 with three teenage boys. We stayed at the Goldenland Hotel for three nights. Danny and his staff were just fantastic and it took no time at all for this little hotel to feel like our home away from home. We will certainly be back. Also great value for money with a relaxing spa bath to be had at the end of each busy - Danny and his team were phenomenal! Nothing was too much trouble and they made everyone feel so welcome! Our room was enormous (room 141) with two large double beds and lots of floor space. Danny also organised, at very short notice, for us to travel down to Danang, then arranged a driver and guide to meet us to take us to Hoi An and Hue. We were greeted getting off the train and everything he'd booked for us was superb. I cannot rate this hotel (and the team running it) highly enough.

  I enjoyed my stay in tu linh with a bunch of friends. "Bi tuan" aka Tim treated us very very good and provided us the best service. Whenever we need help, he will jus tried his best to satisfy our request. He is very friendly, patience and nice guy. He made us feel like goin back to Hanoi again and stay in tu linh. Very friendly and accomodating to travelers. Since I do alot of business travel, this hotel definitely does an outstanding job working with its guests to make a great stay.
