  Everything was excellent! The location, although away from the strip, was a nice drive and not hard to navigate. The room was incredible! It looks exactly like what is in the pictures - and then some! Check-in was smooth and hassle free, and the staff bent over backweards to make sure that everything was perfect. Clean room but carpet could be renewed in the future. Extremely good value for money!!!   Our little apartment was beautiful, clean, and the beds supremely comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. We had a problem that was handled poorly at first by staff, but they quickly made up for their mistake and we were more than satisfied with their handling in the end. We are Westgate Owners in Park City, UT, so we are a bit spoiled! We have a two bedroom unit there, but this is a very nice in-between size unit. Larger than our B Side, but smaller than our A Side.
