Superb staff, great location, stylish apartment, close to the center (Red Square) and to the metro. Nice area of the city. Shops, coffees and restaurants close by. Order the airport transfer from the appartment, because the speak english, they are helpfull and during your stay you will have problems anyway with the communication (lack of english skills in general) in this city...
The staff is very friendly and helpful, while the location is excellent. Located in a quiet and peaceful (but central) area, you are only 5-10 minutes away from Moscow's main shopping street Tverskaya and the Kremlin. The location is excellent, one metro station from Red Square. The price is also reasonable. The staff is really professional.
Very nice location with nice restaurants nearby.The apartament is cool and managed by nice people!.
Staff very nice, spacious flat also for 4, kids enjoyed the multimedia system, close to 24h market.

the personnel were excellent and provided great help.
The apartment is located in the basement and it is not very comfortable for 4 people.
Sometimes the apartement was hot...impossible to control the room temperature.
The kitchen area is very small (we had to buy the dishwashing liquid), the building is very old.

Cannot control heating, it was too hot, you can only open the windows.
The sofa bed is not as comfortable as the normal bed. The wc is noisy
and it hardly functions (anyway not a big deal, just use little toilette
paper). The apartment in general is little for 4 people, considering
that you are paying almost 120 euros per day!.
the heating system was very hot and we needed to sleep with AC in the maximum...
