Location is excellent. Small, compact but very clean and bed was comfortable. Perfect for budget in Moscow which is often overpriced. Owner Albert was very accommodating and fetched us at airport, which was great. Excellent to have free wifi in apartment as well. Close to metro - less than 1km and close to Arbat street. We have appreciated the location (center), the way the appartement was designed to have a maximum of space The proprietary is a very kind person equipement is top We recommand this appartment we went there with a small child and it is more than OK with hil. There is a children playground in front on the building.
