The location was amazing! Only one block away from the Red Square and half block to the main Avenue Tverskaya Ulitsa. The street the hotel is on is pedestrian only and with many options for coffee, lunch and dinner. The room was big and very comfortable. The staff was amazing! Special thanks to Svetlana (I think that was her name :)) I would stay again if I would visit Moscow in the future.
kaikki arvostelut » Good location, easy to find, near metro, staff doing their best for you, timely wake up call and they have cheap taxi driver to take you to the airport at 1000 rubles. Room is spacious and bed very very comfy. I had balcony which was great. You can't get lost and the street is lovely with many nice affordable restaurants. Location was excellent, the facilites are adequate, beds clean and comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms are clean and always available when needed, price was very reasonable, apartment was on a pedestrianised street so no traffic noise. The location was fantastic. The place was clean. We didn't understand that the bathrooms were shared (not private), but that is ok. There were two bathrooms and they were never occupied when we needed them. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The better rooms having bathrooms inside are really excellent! WLAN very fast! Many nice restaurants and bars in the same vivid street!. you can check in any time of day/night...free boiling water, use of kitchen... restaurants/cafes outside the door... very close to the center!...wifi strong signal... The location was great.Red square was just few steps away.Metro station teatralnaya was also quite near.This is value for your money. The only thing I was not happy with was the TV quality and limited channels available. It seemed the signal was very weak so I would have to go to the kitchen to watch TV. staff not very friendly, curtains let the early morning light in and the apartment is very hard to locate. If you go out late at night, and expect to sleep in, this is not the place for you. Each morning, the person at the front desk and/or the other staff members were talking (seemingly screaming at each other in Russian) before 9am. Even when I opened the door, and said shhhhh, they continued talking in the same loud volume. Maybe it's just the Russian culture, but the same thing happened both mornings. Frustrating. Regular/basic rooms have some "fake"-equipment (bed lights and TV not connected to power supply, but also no socket in reach of cable!, where they could be connected...). shared bathroom.It could be private. TV should be better in the room. No air conditioner. some rooms are too expensive. Bathrooms were very old fashioned and could do with updating. Hotel was hard to find, there is no sign outside and lady downstairs (not part of hotel) was very rude and unhelpful. Maybe the shared bethroom, bur was very claened. The bathroom was shared, it was n't told, when I booked a room. did not feel safe. I wasn't allowed to lock the main door of the appartment. I was only able to lock my bedroom door, which was just an indoor door of an apt. Staff at the hotel were rude, didn't really speak English so communication was difficult but had issues finding the place and getting inside. having to share bathroom and toilet. they don't have AC in the rooms. There is no wc in room, and receptionist is siting near your door.
