I originally booked for one night for me and my friends but we felt inlove with the place and the services and so I stayed for another night. Youssef is very helpful in everything we needed from the room we stayed until the sightseeings we want to visit. Aisha the lady incharge for housekeeping cooked and served so yummy and delicious foods. They are both approachable and very accommodating. I run out of words to describe for their great service. Its a service given with a heart and passion. Th.
kaikki arvostelut » I liked the friendly and helpful staff, the breakfast was wonderful and enough (yogurt, orange juice, pancakes, coffee or tea, eggs and crepes), the bathroom and shower were spacious and had nice towels and bath ropes which was a very nice touch. The room felt cozy. And even though we could not lock it, I was ok with it. The roof top was ok, nothing particular. In general I liked our stay at the Riad, it had an authentic feel to it and as I said, the staff made one feel at home. The place that makes you definetely feel that you are having a perfect holiday. Brilliant stuff!!! Youssef - Thank you bro' for all your help, vital advices and warm atmosphere! Everything was really perfect and it is definetely a place to come back! Youssef, Aisha and the rest of personnel will make sure you have a brilliant holiday. Highly reccomended!!!. Lovely riad, clean,beautifully decorated and incredebly relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable room with a big bathroom. Very good localitation, closed to Jemaa El Fna. The staff, Youseff and Aisha, wonderful people. Them make our staying in Marrakech unforgettable. If you like interesting experiences try the hamman. Youssef was very very good!! he helped us a lot showing us what to do and to don't do in Marrakech! Riad Zehar highly recommended, very clean and beautiful! Rich breakfast in the morning in the terrace and the staff is so helpful and kind! Highly reccomended!! PS: you have to try the hammam ;).. trus me. We arrived in some kind of 'family-atmosphere' because of The wonderful staff ( Youssef, Nadia,...). Every morning a very good breakfast with a lot off different things. Very clean rooms and nice situated. Thank you for our relaxing stay ladies x. All of stuff are friendly and very kind.It was comfortble to stay there.also location was pretty good it takes about 10min to Fna. if you prefer friendly and family style with staying a Riyad you would love this Riyad. We liked the location and the riad itself. Yousef and Ayesha were very helpful with information about getting around and Ayesha cooked us a brilliant tangine one night. It was like home from home. they take care of you.. and you can feel at home there.. People Atmosphere Food Location (it is close to the main square -5minutes-, but in a quiet street) cleanness. Very friendly personal & great moroccan atmosphere in this place. You definetly should book some nights there during a visit in marrakesch. Very warm and friendly staff. Very clean, beautiful rooms. Very helpful if we needed anything. breakfast very friendly & helpful stuff a big clean homely room. Location is great, not difficult to get to main square. I did not like that the room had no windows and that there was a somewhat strange smell which I think was because of the water in the bathroom. They have to fixe the fixture of the shower head because you can not hang it. The Riad was very difficult to find, they told us that normally they pick you up at the entrance of the medina if you call them, which we did not do. The first time quite difficult to find it, but then that becomes easy and it doesn´t suppose any problem. The owners'wife came over 1 time during our stay and she should be ashamed on The way she speaks to the staff. Those people deserve much better! She obviously doesn't understand how hard They worked to please all off us!. Our room was kind of small for 2people but not so but. There was nothing we didn't like. Not enough space on terrace. Swiming pool not in location. we booked for the room with 2 bedrooms.. one of them was a little noisy. ..but people are so great that you can forget all of these things. The room , Eden room needs to be thoroughly cleaned and the tiles on the sink and bathroom fixed to make it more appealing. It just looks nasty.
