We had a lovely stay at the Room 4 Rome apartments. We had room 2 which over looked the Court Yard. The room was very clean and staff very friendly. It was amazingly close to the Vatican and a metro station was just around the corner. Our shower was fantastic just right after a long day exploring the city. We had a Italian style breakfast which was enough to get us going. It is not your full english breakfast but we didnt go to Rome to get that. We had no problem with the Wi Fi. Taxis are ju.

The lady that was to come and serve the continental breakfast did not show up and the land lord called to tell us he would take care of our personal expense for food. That was going above and beyond. the b&b has great location, very close to st peters square an vatican. it is close to public transport lines. The members of staff are very polite. it is cleaned regularly. The location of the B&B was excellent we had easy access to metro, Vatican city, banks, local restaurants and shopping... Having an elevator was a big bonus !. Location right next to the Vatican, and also connected well via the Red Metro in Rome. Lively real morning atmosphere in the apartment complex where this room is. five minutes from san pietro and excellent location near the walls of Vatican City, european breakfast. It was excellently situated close to all the tourist attractions and budget friendly. Location. Access to places of intereset, the bed was clean and tidy lots of storage and a safe which was fantastic. it was private and it was peaceful. It was a lovely building in a good location & easy to get to. The room was clean, fairly spacious & well fitted out. The price is convenient, the location is great, staff is nice. Very well located. Clean and tidy. The location is very good! The view through the room window, to the Vatican wall and Saint Peter's cupola is beautiful. The room is sunny and bright. The cleaning lady, the same who brought us the breakfast was very friendly. The room in general was cleaned every day. breakfast is not satisfactory, at least we are not used to have sweet breakfast. Having the city view did come at a cost with noise of the street and there was no one to monitor the noise level of the other vacationers . Its not easily possible to contact someone here if you need something immediately - because the way it works is - it is an apartment within a complex, thus no reception or anything. Which was ok for us though. it's difficult to find)))). That there was no reception or free telephone lines where lodgers could easy go to or call for help in case of emergencies. Shower. disappointed we did'nt have tea and coffee facilities in the room, in the picture on letsbookhotel.com there was floor coverings. We had to walk around with socks on to keep our feet to keep them clean. The breakfast was very disappointing; at least fresh croissant could have been quite easily provided. Also the air conditioning was cutting in & out all the time which disturbed our sleep. It would have been nice to have tea & coffee making facilities available. The room was too small as well as the bathroom. Bathroom was inadequately divided from the bedroom. We booked the room as being for 3 adults, but the room was rather for 2, it was very small and therefore unconfortable for 3. One had to try to sleep just in front of toillet door. The breakfast is served in that tiny room, which made things even worse. The breakfast is served between 8:15 and 10:15, so we had to wait very patiently. We did wait on our 2 first days, but on other days we simply gave up breakfast. The bathroom had dark mold on ceiling and around the toillet watertank.
