It was cheap and central. The website stated that we could pay in credit card and also that breakfast was included in the price. Neither of these were true on arrival. On top of this, the receptionist was one hour late in coming to work, thus severely affecting our plans for the day as we could not check out timeously.1. The person at reception was unfriendly, unprofessional.. 2. made us wait half an hour to check in while he was on the phone to a friend. 3. there were lice in our sheets. 4. the room and the stairs in the building smelled of mould. 5. the website specified breakfast and internet - neither of which were actually provided or available... kaikki arvostelut »
