Having never been to Bali before, the kuta Angel was a good start. The hotel was a 5-10 min walk from the beach and located close to the markets, poppies lane 1 &2. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The desgin of the hotel was beautiful.. And so clean!! The hotel rooms had heaps of space and very conpfortable! We had breakfast very morning there. We got free wifi and television. Overall a great place to stay!.

Their rooms were super nice, with a great air conditioner. The service was great, they will do anything you need and help you with any info about the area and fun things to do!. This new hotel is excellent nad offer great value for money. I booked a junior suite, spacious 35m2 room with nice bathroom and really large double bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was good. Location is good, few minutes to the beach and also few minutes to the nightlife area in Kuta. The staff were friendly and straight forward. Breakfast was good, although it would be better for a buffet type so that Muslims would have more choices of halal food. Kuta beach is just walking distance and there are several souvenir shops along the way. For food lovers try Dulang cafe, it"s near the hotel. In whole its perfect! If u are not fussy about pool and mini bar, than this is the place to stay in Kuta. The staff was excellent, their are very helpful, hard working, friendly and sourcefull. Good location n everything in walking distance. Will absolutely will come back again as its value for money. The staff were excellent and so as the environment and location. The room was clean with perfect design. The location is excellent to get to the beach and the pubs and shops in kuta and legian. Cheap beers and reasonable priced restaurants nearby. Nothing to complain. Will go back again. I'm totally pleased with the excellent services rendered by the staffs there especially Agus he's patient n took effort to clear my doubts. Location in the middle of Kuta, high class staff, luxurous rooms, ... we stayed there for our last night in Bali, went to clubs until 5am and had a late check-out for 50% daily rate. Hotel is absolutely recommendable. Location is perfect. Near the beach, near shops for shopping. Staff is knowlegable, helpful & friendly. Rooms are clean & exactly the way u see it at the website. Have a big pool is a bonus!. Nothing, was truly an amazing place. Small things. Bathroom light could have been brighter. Also the wardrobe closet light stayed on because the doors did not shut properly. Small pool. The pool was small, but i got no time to be in the pool.. there's so much things to do outdoors.. and the mini bar, we need to pay for it, but this also not big prob for me because i love to drink mineral water that was complimentary.. :). The breakfast was good but could have more variety. As Kuta Angel is a new hot e'er l,i would expect the towels to be cleaner n whiter. Otherwise its really thumbs up. Breakfast menu not much variety. Nothing. -Smell in the bathroom, especially in the evening and during the night was disgusting -When having breakfast a guy of the hotel is already trying to sell tours during you want to enjoy your food. Would of loved a bar but could get drinks in the bar so not too much problem. Breakfast was somewhat limited in variety, the pool was quite small. Nothing. In and out to hotel through restaurant. Swimming pool, no proper shower. Small toilet Umbrella provided is spoilt, rainy season at that point of time. - transfer to airport expensive - staffs to be improved - small swimming pool. It would have been wonderful to have a wider spread of breakfast. swimming pool too small and breakfast not many choice. Small swiming pool. Staff couldnt solve my AC problem. Engineering staff lack of knowledge n fo couldn't help me too. the breakfast is very very poor. Not enough staff in the reception, slow check in/check out. Staff very chatty to the point of being nosey, invasive!. breakfast not so good with the expensive price. meals for breakfast... No lobby,the breakfast was not good, small hotel, the swimming pool is 2 meters wide, there is no rooms with a view, tand here was an aweful smell coming out from the bathroom so I had to keep the door closed at all the time, they discovered that it was coming from the sewerage holes. Hotel bathroom produce some kind of smell which really disgusting. According to the staff its the water drain causing the smell. cant sleep peacefully with that smell. breakfast choice is too less. limit options breakfast, smell is bad in the room, it's difficult to open the door using key card, bad value for money, one power supply in the room, too less,samll room, very samll swimming pool, no parking lot.
