I hired one of the staff on her off-hours to translate for us when we went to visit my 82 year old mother's ancestral home. The staff juggled rooms to insure my handicapped 82 year old parents maintained their first floor room despite not having availability for the additional nite. My mother is blind and my father can barely walk. I love the staff because they made this juggling act transparent to my parents.

Location is a bit problematic for those without car, but for those traveling by car I strongly recommend this hostel. Parking is secured over night.
