We only needed a hotel in a convenient location for our next day visit to Tam Coc but definitely found more than this. The hotel rooms are simply huge, very clean and comfortable. Really felt like home there. We even got a PC in the room. But the staff makes the difference. They were incredibly kind and attentive. We had dinner in the hotel and despite was late and we were the only ones they cooked for us everything we wanted from the menu (which by the way had very good choices). We could also.

Hotel had good facilities, was clean and comfortable. Great value of course. The sights around Ninh Binh (Tam Coc before or after the tourists have gone) and countryside are similarly impressive as Halong Bay. Very clean and spacious room. Staff very helpful. Met us at 6am off the bus, arranged bikes with a map to the caves and private car to the beautiful Cuc Phoung National Park. Enjoyed talking with Kien (Hi!). Location I guess, Ninh Binh isn't a very charming town, but of course you don't come here to hang out in Ninh Binh, you come to see the beautiful rivers, fields and limestone Karsts. Nothing. The beds didn't have a proper blanket/duvet, only a sheet cover. Nothing to complain amount. very tiny bathroom where the shower is between the sink and the toilet, without any separation. The flow of air conditioning was heading straight to our heads, absolutely unconfortable. Rooms are much smaller and older than pictures.... Since they are travel agency, we bought tickets for the sleepy bus to them but the receptionist cheated us; false information about seats, kind of bus....driver and staff in the bus very rude. Very disapointed with this people.
