The Summer Hotel is superb. All of the staff were so kind and helpful and polite. It's less than a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and there are lots of great restaurants nearby too. Whilst there isn't a great deal of space around the pool, it was perfect for a quick cooling dip at the end of the day. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, all the food was really fresh and delicious.

Probably not specific to the hotel but rather to Nha Trang in general, there were a lot of Russian tourists. Staff didnt speak great English and room was pretty basic (clean though and fine for what we needed). 1. Air conditioner was permanently broken - so, terribly hot all the time, until they'd changed our room (after 1 week of heat) 2. Room service can be better. We liked every thing with this hotel. The lift! - 1 very slow lift for 10 floors. The bar staff upstairs at the pool bar didn't have enough English to communicate orders for drinks or food. slow and sometimes unreliable wifi. Pool seating is small but not a major issue. Towels and toiletries were not replaced during room cleaning. There were cockroach in my room >"<. Room was old and bed was creeky. Air-conditioner was positioned in a corner so only half the room can be cooled by it. ... some rooms did not have windows. This is a thing what should be mentioned on reservation page ... for a twin room there should also be 2 keys... Our room had no window.... was a bit like sleeping in a cave! Room was very noisy with staff running up and down the stairs outside all day and night, having loud conversations.... not the easiest room to sleep in!. I wasn't made aware at the time of booking that it would be a windowless room. a lot of small cockroaches in the room. they attack all food laying around.
