Hotel like. Excellent staff, good English speaking. The restaurant sometimes the meat was tough, but generally well prepared. Great breakfasts. While not like the fact that smoking is permitted in the restaurant after breakfast. You can rent a motorbike, but expensive, and for at least 4 days, so we took a rental in another location - across the road.Massage in the hotel makes an excellent, though begging tips.Hotel location the best, in the city center. Beach nearby and close to the night mark.

Wifi in the room was very fast. Value for money, location was good - beach front was a stone's throw from the hotel, pho shop within 1 min walk for a quick meal. Location was very good to go to the beach and the town. Very expensive to take a babysitting service. Terrible a sauna, we froze it. The dry sauna temperature is over 50 degrees, humid sauna bit more. Number is better to take up the 5th floor, otherwise it will be impossible to sleep because of the music in the night bar. There were tiny ants near the desk in the room, unpleasant but not a desaster...we´re in a tropical country! TV reception was not very good. The staff helped us very nicely to make a bus reservation to Saigon.....the bus company they use is extremely poor!. Low English level of staff. un peu trop grand. Nothing. Very noisy. I was on the 6th floor and still could hear the music. The pool is very small but you don't really need to go as the beach is across the street. They don't have sun loungers so you need to pay to get one on the public beach. Oren air has charters to Nha Trang so it's overfilled with Russians. Rooms need to be renovated. Rude unhelpful staff, they didnt acknowledge us our whole trip unless we went right up to them and left them bo choice. The rock hard bed was terrible to sleep on, nightclub downstairs is very noisy till the early hours of the morning, unwelcoming and in inviting atmosphere. Staff were very rude. Room was dirty. Whole hotel was dated and tired. Staff is bad, internet is slow, service is awkward. I don't recommend to stay in that hotel!.
