The Hotel is fantastic. The rooms are large and staff very helpful. Everybody speaks good English. We got a sea facing room, the view was good. The swimming pool in the hotel is clean and they have a private beach area having its own umbrellas & staff. The Breakfast is sumptous, however, the menu remains almost the same everyday. It is an great place to stay and can be an excellent place to stay if they address the "silly" issues under "what didn't you like"? Even so we extended our stay from 3 days to 6 days at the hotel!. Staff was great and helpful. Love pool music video, breakfast was delicious. Room was very cozy,even just a pool view room make my journey more relax. Staff at the beach was very nice as well. Unfortunately the terrace bar and restaurant were both very quiet, both lovely design but lacked atmosphere - perhaps providing a free drink to all guests would encourage people to use. The reception staff and concierge were a little rude especially at checkout. It was orientated to Russian travellers though rather than English speaking. Pool is very overlooked by most of the hotel. Some reception staff need more training. Not enough Vietnamese meals. To many western meals. Slow check in. we are lock outside once. could be some more deckchairs and umbrellas on the beach. There was a lot of confusion over the bill. Did the bill include the complimentary buffet meal........I am still confused as the numbers do not add up!!!. too small swimming pool. Full of smoking smell in the non smoking room. Little bit far from the city central. Many russian in the hotel. I did think the cleaning of the room, could have been a bit better. The decor in the rooms were not left a lot to be desired and was a bit dated. Poor service few times ordered drinks and waited 30 min to arrive.Staff dont understand english.Not enough deck chairs in pool area. The picture that was used on letsbookhotel.com was not a good representation of the actual room or the hotel. The hotel is old. The carpet in the room seems to be very dirty. The breakfast is very average too and the staff did not do a good job cooking fried eggs (sunny side up) or poached eggs. Maybe because of its price, the hotel seems to be quite packed so it is very crowded during breakfast time. Rooms stunk of smoke, full of smoking Russians and no bar/ drink facilities. It's a 2/3 star hotel really.
