I am very particular about cleanliness and this hotel is very clean. There are staff cleaning all parts of the hotel, not just the rooms. Although the room was small (we were in a double standard), it was still comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The bathroom is a good size in comparison to the room size. Our room had a window which I liked as it made it nice and bright. The breakfast room is very small which may cause a problem if there are many guests wanting to eat at the same time, though .
all reviews » The location of this hotel is among the best you can get in Saigon. It is next to one of the most famous shopping streets, close to Sheraton (great rooftop bar with happy hour 4-6.30) and to Grand hotel. The hotel is small, but with high standard if you choose one of the bigger rooms. You choose your breakfast from a menu and it is quite ok. We booked a tour at the hotel, to the Mekong Delta. It was a nice tour with a lot of interesting visits and boat tours. Very cheap and worth every cent, ev. The staff was very helpful and friendly the breakfast was good all employees very very freindly and alert to us the price was excellent for the size and cleanliness of the rooms, the location is very central, teh neighborhood safe, on a side street so no traffic noise at night, excellent, will definitely go there again and will recommend it to my freinds. The Hotel is situated very central and nearby the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Market. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is okay. You can to choose one meal from the menu. There are fresh fruits and coffee or tea. It is absolutely sufficient. There is a safe and TV in the room and the bed was very comfortable. Wifi is free but very slow. Excellent value for money. The location was great. It was right in the heart of the city. Close to the river, sightseeing and shops. The room was nice. Not particularly big but great for the price. However, the food and drink are fine. when will housekeeping staff stop shouting across hallways to each other at 7am??Some of us like to sleep in... breakfast menu limited. On one occasion the breakfast area was not large enough to accommodate all the potential diners which could have been a problem for people joining a day tour, as they tended to start quite early.. Breakfast could offer more options but it was fine for me. - There are some leaks on the shower - Few options in breakfast for western guests. Nothing really. The hotel associate (engineer) was hammering on the door lock to the room next to mine at 8am in the morning. The noise was so bad that I could not sleep in, provided that it was my last day in HCMC and wanted to rest a bit more before the flight at noon. Wifi was bit slow. Breaskfast was average. Nothing. Breakfast was very poor.
