This is an amazing hotel. Everything was to our complete satisfaction and enjoyment. We booked a club room and experienced access to a fantastic lounge with outstanding staff service. Our room on floor 22 was a great size with great view and very well styled with Japanese influence. Our stay from start to finish was a complete joy. The pool area is excellent, clean, safe, and a good size. The spa is well run. The food was of a high quality. The minimalist clean lines suits us well. The tour.
all reviews » The bed is the most comfortable thing I have ever slept in! Have stayed here twice now as a little break from backpacking, and it is a perfect hotel. The buffet breakfast is to die for! I made a request on both stays through letsbookhotel.com for a room with a view and both stays we were on the 20th floor with stunning views of Saigon. They even let us use the pool facilities after check out until our evening flight. The room was great, very stylish layout and spacious with big bathtub and separate shower. The facilities of the hotel were excellent with a good swimming pool area, gym and spa though I did not use the spa. Several restaurants were of a high quality and breakfast buffets were very impressive in size and quality while the room service was similarly excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Billion Hotel with excellent services provided. I was surprised when the receptionist remember customer name when they first arrive. This mean they really pay attention on the customer care. Hotel is new with good decoration. Compare to many other five star hotel over the world, this hotel nearly the best. Thank for your service and keep your stander forever. Nothing negative to say. Nothing. It was perfect. The hotel's location is not walking distance from the major sights and districts of hcmc. Taxis from the hotel were inexpensive and took maybe 10-15 minutes to downtown area. The hotel also had a shuttle bus from memory but I didn't use this. Did not like the location. The breakfast selection on the executive level was a little sparse and not varied enough, main restaurant was a little better for breakfast. Location is a little far from the city center activities of district 1. Hotel shuttles were often overbooked so we used many taxis. Location is an issue unless you are prepared to use cabs and tour services as we did. Pricing of mini-bar items (like water!!!) is way too high and it is an adventure to buy your own at night in the somewhat run down neighborhood. Nothing not to like.. Hotel allocation not too convenience, district 1. Took me at least 5-10 min to get the the centre city. The location could be better, but taxis in Vietnam are not expensive so it wasn't too big an issue. The only down side was the location, but even that was not a issue because you caught a cab everywhere!!. The airport transfer did not happen and was not even on the list. It was $40 for the transfer, found a taxi for $18. a bit far from the tourist areas, but if you are fit it is ok. Only a dull lobby bar. When on my own it's nice to go to a busy hotel bar for some evening energy. Nothing. Nothing. Not spendingore time at this great hotel. it was all good. iron board only upon request. location. Too far from city highlights and not in great area. Shower had cold water. Build in a bad area. But Taxis a very cheap, so in 5 minutes in the centre. So not a big minus. Turn down service - even if you had put "Do Not Disturb " on the door. They still came in, or tried. Not really, I think I am really pleased with it after all it is not that cheap.
