- The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. - Plenty of activities were included in the price (visit to a floating village, visit to the caves, nighttime squid fishing, short cooking class) - View on Halong Bay from the shower (if you have one of the rooms in the front of the boat) - Visit to the caves - The price of the drinks on the boat is quite high for Vietnamese standards but there is a happy hour (which lasts 1,5 hour) and in the evening there was 30 percent discount.

Please note that: Cruise itinerary and schedule are subject to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions. Excursion boat (Bhaya Spirit) will be used during the 2nd day for deeper exploration of the bay. Cabin allocation aboard Bhaya Classic remains unchanged. Swimming, kayaking or snorkeling excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund. Meals onboard are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood and international. Guests should advise any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (1) week prior to the cruise date. Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. All guests must provide the following information 3 days before arrival: - Full name - Passport number - Nationality - Date Of Birth - Vietnam visa expiry date (if applicable) Rates are not inclusive of transportation from Hanoi to Ha Long and from Ha Long back to Hanoi. Round-trip transfer by shuttle bus from Hanoi center to Halong City cost 25 USD per person (for 2 day 1 night cruise) and 35 USD per person (for 3 day 2 night cruise). For car pick-up service, guests must provide address for pick-up at least 1 day before departure. Halong Bay is approximately 170 km (105 miles) or a 3-4 hour drive from Hanoi.
