  The front staff was excellent and helpful. She responded to my comment about the shower drain by saying that they would fix it and seemed to care that it didn't work properly. - All the employees were every friendly! Our last morning we had to leave before their breakfast time, but they helped us to get some things before our drive.

  The room that I booked online was ready upon arrival. The staff was friendly as well as helpful with questions I had about the area. The location was perfectly located in the center of places to eat,downtown,the beach,and the bus route was close too. - cost was excellent to stay in wilmington!

  The staff were friendly. The man in the dining area was very nice to us. It was close to the town center and the beach (wrightsville beach) and we had a lot of fun on our trip. - Price was good. The complementary breakfast was quite good. Room had a refrigerator and microwave which was great. Good hotel if you're out on the town all day.

  Staff was very helpful and friendly. We rented a 2 bedroom suite and a 2d room as well. The second room had ac problems. The staff worked to resolve the problem. When they could not they moved the persons staying there and discounted price of room due to the inconvenience. They were very nice about everything. It would be great choice for long term stay because of having a nice kitchen inside suits. If we need another time, we definetely would visit this hotel again!

  I loved everything ,it was so refreshing to be in a place where all the employees really cared about what they were doing, from the front desk young lady on our first night she was great helped me with computer issues to darrell who helped with printing a document i needed, the lady who takes care of the kitchen and breakfest area was so ploeasant... what people say » and did her job to the 10s and higher the best western owner ceo should be proud to have such a efficient and wonderful staff. - The room was very clean and refreshing without any bad smell, and it had the most comfortable beds of any hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in quite a few. It had a full breakfast which was very nice. Overall you can't beat this hotel for the money. I would definitely stay here again.
