The location was excellent. The facility met all of my basic needs and the staff were helpful in all respects. A treat for me was getting bottled water in my room each day! I would have liked a pool with an lounging area. The showers weren't great- low water pressure and not much hot water. The cleaning service could have been better.The rooms were poorly laid out and extremely small. There were bugs in the room and when I mentioned this to the staff they said I had to expect this in the tropics. Fridge was not working when I arrived and food spoiled.
